Centabay Lodge And Backpackers provided a peaceful and quiet stay. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed waking up to the warmth and sunshine every morning. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The location was also convenient, with parking available during our last two nights.

This weekend was a great experience! The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by nice restaurants and just a few steps away from the beach. The bed and sheets were clean and very comfortable. the hot tub was a great addition to our stay, which was very relaxing.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some downsides. The shared facilities were not very clean, and the showers had some drainage issues.

The city break was great! Two complementary facts were included which was fantastic. the location was spot on, very central which made it easier to explore the city.

The downside was that the room wasn't cleaned enough and it smelled a bit unpleasant, but being a budget place, this could have been expected. Some guests were inconsiderate and played loud music in the communal area, which made it difficult to relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paihia. the location was perfect - right in the center of town and very close to everything. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were great. I had a room with two single beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I even had a TV and fridge in the room. the value for money was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.
